Non-returnable Items All products sold by Labelbaanki are final sale and non-returnable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason. So you can choose kurta and pant in different sizes according to your measurements.
Exchange Policy Exchange is available within 3–5 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange is only available if reverse pick-up is available at your pincode. If reverse pick-up is not available at your location, you will need to courier the item to us yourself.
- No exchange is available on Kurtas.
- Exchange is only applicable on eligible products in unused, unwashed condition with original tags intact.
Defective or Damaged Items We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at +91 90842 21661 or DM us on Instagram to arrange for a replacement.
Process for Exchanges / Replacements:
- Contact us at +91 90842 21661 within 2 days of receiving your item to report the defect, damage, or size exchange request.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, along with relevant photos (for defective/damaged items).
- Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange accordingly.
Shipping
- If you are eligible for a replacement due to a defect or damage, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
- For size exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- If reverse pick-up is not serviceable at your pincode, you will need to self-courier the item to us.
